A gorgeous floral scent essential oil by Ynys Aroma. Blodyn (Welsh for flower) is the essence of spring and reflects the beauty of fresh bulbs and blooms appearing for the first time.

There are so many versatile ways to use essential oils. And once you're into them, you never look back.

 What's inside ? 

Rose geranium is a tonic to the nerves. It lifts the spirit and helps to reduce feelings of negativity. It's calming properties help to release stress and tension whilst having a balancing effect on the mind and emotional well-being.

Rosemary activates and energises the brain, clearing the head and aids memory. It is stimulating and reviving for the senses and strengthening for the mind.

Palmarosa has a sweet and light, rose-like scent, however is it derived from a species of grass which is otherwise known as ginger grass. It is believed to open the heart chakra and promote emotional healing

.Inhale - in a ceramic or electric burner diluted with water or 2-3 drops in bowl of steaming water and towel over your head. 

In the bath - 8 drops of essential oil to a base oil or milk (this helps the oil to disperse in water), add to running bath water and create your ultimate bathing ritual. 

In the shower - couple of drops to the base of your shower to create a steam

Do not use essential oils undiluted on the skin. Keep away from children and avoid contact with eyes
