Shipping policy

Pwts deliveries 

Just a friendly reminder that every element of Pwts is run by Meg. We do our best to always get deliveries out within 2-3 days of your order.

To keep things easy, we’ve tried to simplify our postal offer.

• We send parcels with standard delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a charge of £4 (this takes around 3-5 working days)
• All orders over £50 are free of charge, and also sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 means it should take 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive. It is tracked to delivery and SMS/email notifications will come directly to you. 

Please note, Royal Mail considers Mon to Fri as working days. If you order late on a Friday, your order won’t be sent until the following Monday. Please bear this in mind. 

We offer a local pick up from the store itself in Harlech, which is free of charge. This is available between 11am and 4pm Wednesday to Saturday. If you need a more urgent click and collect offer or one outside of these hours, please just contact us directly and make this request and we will see what we can do. We often drop off for people locally so if you're tight on time let us know how we can help.

We only deliver within the UK and do not take international orders.

Packaging 

We always aim to do our bit so packaging is largely reused and is always as eco as possible.

However, if you order something as a gift or buy one of our gift boxes (don't forget to add a gift message at checkout), these are packaged up very simply in a new cardboard box, with cotton twine, tissue paper and a pretty label. A less is more approach.
