What's inside ?
Rose geranium is a tonic to the nerves. It lifts the spirit and helps to reduce feelings of negativity. It's calming properties help to release stress and tension whilst having a balancing effect on the mind and emotional well-being.
Rosemary activates and energises the brain, clearing the head and aids memory. It is stimulating and reviving for the senses and strengthening for the mind.
Palmarosa has a sweet and light, rose-like scent, however is it derived from a species of grass which is otherwise known as ginger grass. It is believed to open the heart chakra and promote emotional healing.
