The calming scent and aromatic properties of lavender essential oil promotes relaxation, whilst fruity frankincense oil reduces anxiety and stress. Dead sea salt contains 21 minerals that soften and soothe dry skin. Epsom salt helps relieve tired and aching muscles.
How to use: Pour a generous handful to warm running water, allowing the salts to dissolve for a minute or two before you get in and relax for a long soak.
