Exhale includes aromatically sweet and woody frankincense oil which has long been used in meditation to encourage a slower, deeper rate of breathing. Smokey vetiver and sandalwood add a rich base to this exquisite aromatherapy blend, created to promote deep emotional rest and relaxation.

The little details

Inhale - 2-3 drops in bowl of steaming water and towel over your head. If you're sensitive or experience asthma do not Inhale directly. Instead, place the bowl of hot water with added oils in the room nearby and let the aroma gently fill the room.

In the bath - 8 drops of essential oil to a base oil or milk (this helps the oil to disperse in water), add to running bath water and create your ultimate bathing ritual. 

In the shower - couple of drops to the base of your shower to create a steam

Do not use essential oils undiluted on the skin. Keep away from children and avoid contact with eyes

Delivery & returns

All items will be posted out with Royal Mail the following business/working day. Deliveries should be expected to take 3-5 days. Postage is £4 and free if you spend over £50. Return postage costs are not covered.
